Nipple Shield Jewelry

A nipple shield turns one piercing into a whole centerpiece: a decorative frame hearts, stars, wings, flames that encircles the nipple while your standard 14G barbell runs through it and holds it in place. Sold in matched sets of two, from subtle outlines to full statement pieces. Since 1999.

How Nipple Shields Work & Fit

The mechanics are simpler than they look: the shield is a frame with two holes, your barbell threads through both sides, and the balls lock it in place. The barbells here are standard 14G, mostly 9/16" to 3/4" shields need a touch more bar length than a plain barbell to clear the frame; every product page lists it.

Real talk: shields are healed piercing jewelry the frame adds presence and a little weight a healing nipple doesn't want. And they're the definition of occasion pieces: on for the reveal, off for the gym, with the swap taking under a minute per side.
